What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major forms of payment: Money Order and Personal & Business Checks, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. (Orders paid by Check will be held for 10 business days for clearing.)

How do you ship and what are your shipping rates?

With our simple shipping rates, it's easy to figure out your savings! Buy one rash guard, and shipping is $5.00. A second women's rashguard will only add $3 more shipping to anywhere in the U.S. or U.S. territory. Now, don't forget the children! Children's rashguards added to the order will only add another $2. And gifts! The neighbors, extended family, and friends. Buy a surfing rash guard, a wake boarder rash guard and a rash guard for a martial arts child and you'll only pay one dollar additional shipping per item for any size order over 3! And don't forget: Get the kids a few colors so they'll always have a clean rash guard they'll want to be in!

Do the products you sell offer a full factory warranty?

Yes they do! As an authorized factory dealer we offer a full manufacturers' warranty on all products we sell. We also offer RashGuardShirtCo's 30 day warranty on our products to back up our commitment to quality and service. Beware: Some online discounters CAN NOT offer a full factory warranty on name brand items because they are not factory authorized dealers.

Do you have an 800 number?

A true E-commerce site should be just that - E-commerce, not telephone or phone sales if it is to have the most competitive prices in the industry and become the industry leader. There are sites that employ teams for phone support that incur telephone and staffing costs and their customers end up paying these costs. We won't need to pass those costs on to you if we don't incur them. Besides, there's usually less order errors when we have a 'paper trail' to follow. Rash guards are not a big dollar decision that requires phone support and we want to keep it that way.

I’m looking for a particular rash guard. I see that you have some of the manufacturer’s stuff. Why don’t you carry all of their products?

Good Question! And one that sets us apart from other sellers. But I’ve got a question for you to consider: Do you think every product a manufacturer makes is a great product? The answer is simple: No. Think about this, do you think every car that GM or Honda makes is a great car? Of course not. So we take quite a different approach at RashguardShirtCo. We carry products that are IN STYLE and are FUNCTIONAL. We carry lycra that offers the most for the money and don’t carry the junk!

What is your return policy?

Items may be returned for Exchange or Store Credit only if returned prior to use in water and in new resalable condition with all original manufacturer packaging within 30 days of original sale. All shipping costs for replacement items are your responsibility. A 20% restocking fee may be incurred on some items at our discretion. Orders returned as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed will incur the restocking fee. We encourage everyone with a concern dealing with "sizing" issues to email us your concerns prior to ordering as we have many years experience in fitting people. Don't forget to check our size charts - they are packed with info and allow many people to make immediate sizing decisions. Follow the directions on your receipt for easy exchange and return procedure if necessary.

What is your privacy policy?

We do not obtain personally identifying information about you during your use of the web site, unless you choose to provide it. If you do choose to add information about yourself to the site -- for example, purchasing an item -- we do not share your data with any third parties. We occasionally send out informational mailings, of which with one click within the mailing you can unsubscribe from future mailings if you wish.
