  1. What forms of payment do you accept?

    Along with accepting payments through Paypal, we accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and VISA issued credit cards. We also accept payment by e-checks however orders do not ship until we have been advised that the e-check payments have cleared which may delay your shipment for up to 5 days or longer.

  2. How do you ship and what are your shipping rates?

    To provide our customers with shipping options that meet their needs while assuring them a high degree of reliability at affordable rates, Priority Mail is typically the preferred option as it provides you with an easy to use tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery and for US customers, it usually arrives within 3 to 5 business days of the date shipped. The larger the shipment the more affordable the rate. Starting at $6.00 for one item, $9.00 for 2, $11.00 for 3 and only $1.00 more for each item after that. For those U.S. customers needing next day delivery we offer Express Mail with rates starting at $29.00. For our international customers we offer International Priority Mail starting at $23.00 and International Express Mail starting at $41.00.   3. Do the products you sell offer a full factory warranty?

    Yes they do! As an authorized factory dealer we offer a full manufacturers' warranty on all products we sell. We also offer RashGuardShirtCo's 30 day warranty on our products to back up our commitment to quality and service. Beware: Many online discounters are not factory authorized dealers and CAN NOT offer a full factory warranty on name brand items.

  4. How can we contact you?

    Although our website is full of information to assist you with your rash guard purchasing decisions, sometimes you just need a little extra help from someone knowledgable. You can always reach us by email at any time and we will usually answer you within 24 hours. If you prefer to speak with someone, our representatives are available to take your call Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern US time. In order for us to efficiently assist you, please have the item/stock number handy when you write or call.

  5. What is your exchange/return policy?

    Our return policy is designed to protect all of our customers from unnecessary costs being passed on to them in the form of higher prices. In order to restore returned items to brand new condition, we carefully inspect, clean as necessary and repackage all returns so that the next customer will be delighted with it. We try to make the process as easy as possible by not requiring a return authorization form however Rash Guards are a specialty item so we do insist that customers exercise a reasonable amount of due care when items needing to be returned are in their possession.

    All returns must be received in their original, new condition within 60 days of the date of purchase with the original packaging and hang tags in place. Items returned dirty, stained, missing tags, or in any condition requiring additional time and expense to restore them will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Any items returned after being in the water or damaged beyond our ability to restore them to saleable condition will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you at your expense. Items returned without a re-order and when no other items have been purchased will also be subject to restocking fees when suitable alternatives are available.

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll promptly credit back 100% of the returned item price to your original payment method provided all of the return conditions are met. All items marked as "Final Sale" or "Close-Out" are sold "as is" and are not returnable for any reason. All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The simple directions for processing your return are printed on the sales receipt that is enclosed with your order.

  6. What is your privacy policy?

    RashGuardShirtCo.com respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone. All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mails you will receive from us are updates to any recent orders and/or returns or RashguardShirtCo.com activities if so requested by you and that request can be amended by you at any time.
